Your HypeU wallet is where all your earnings from card sales and referrals are stored. If you’re having trouble withdrawing funds or seeing your balance, use these steps to resolve the most common issues.
Step 1
Verify KYC and Bank Details
- Ensure your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
- Check that your bank account details are entered correctly in your payout settings.
- Withdrawals will only process once your KYC is approved and linked to a valid bank account.
Step 2
Check Withdrawal Minimums and Limits
- Some withdrawals may require a minimum balance before processing.
- Review your current level’s payout rules to confirm if any limits apply.
- Referral or bonus earnings may be subject to lock periods before they can be withdrawn.
Step 3
Confirm Processing Times
- Bank transfers may take 1–5 business days depending on your region.
- Delays can occur on weekends or public holidays.
- If your withdrawal is still pending after this time, move to Step 5.
Step 4
Update Your App
- Make sure you are using the latest version of the HypeU app.
- Outdated versions may cause wallet display errors or prevent withdrawal requests from being submitted.

Contact Support
If your withdrawal is delayed or failed:
- Open the Support Form in the app or on the HypeU website.
- Include details such as your transaction ID, amount, bank details, and screenshots of any error messages.
- Our support team will investigate and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
