Don’t worry—most login and access problems can be fixed in just a few steps. Use this guide to quickly resolve common issues and get back to minting, buying, and selling cards.
Step 1
Check Your Credentials
- Make sure you’re entering the correct email and password associated with your HypeU account.
- Double-check for typos, extra spaces, or case sensitivity.
- If you signed up using Google or Apple ID, use the same method to log in.
Step 2
Reset Your Password
- If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password?” on the login screen.
- Enter your registered email address and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.
- Create a new, strong password that you haven’t used before.
Step 3
Verify Your Internet & Device
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- Clear your app cache or try logging in through a different device or browser.
- Update your HypeU app to the latest version from the Apple or Google Play Store.
Step 4
Account Security Checks
- If your account was flagged for unusual activity, you may need to verify your identity.
- Check your email for a security verification link or a code sent to your phone.
- Complete the verification to restore access.

Contact Support
If none of the above works:
- Use the Support Form in the app or on the HypeU website.
- Provide details such as your email, device type, and any error messages.
- Our team will review your case and help you regain access quickly.
